Payment and attention
1. Please read through the regulations before you start with the booking system.
2. Room rate, taxes and service fees are included in all the prices listed on website (Include the breakfast). Besides, room rates may vary by dates. Please be aware of the room rate provided at the time the reservation is made.
3. To secure credit card processing, the guest from online booking must be the credit cardholder who is required for valid identification at the time of check in.
4. Check in: after 3:00pm. The guest’s valid Id / passport is required with booking confirmation at the front desk.
5. Check out: before 12:00 noon. Fees assigned to your room(s) shall be paid directly at the front desk.
6. In the case of irresistible cause on the arrival date such as typhoon, earthquake and transportation, we accept your changes or cancellation of reservation within three days from arrival date.

9. According to the regulations from the Tourism Bureau, a 30% of total hotel room rates is required to guarantee online reservation and the terms of payment and return for cancelling the reservations are described as below: (

Cancellation Policy
※ Cancelling the reservation on the date of check-in will charge the 100% of deposit.
※ Cancelling the reservation before 1 day of check-in will charge 80% of the deposit.
※ Cancelling the reservation before 2-3 days of check-in will charge 70% of the deposit.
※ Cancelling the reservation before 4-6 days of check-in will charge 60% of the deposit.
※ Cancelling the reservation before 7-9 days of check-in will charge 50% of the deposit.
※ Cancelling the reservation before 10-13 days of check-in will charge 30% of the deposit.
※ Cancelling the reservation before 14 days (the 14th day included) of check-in, 0% of the deposit will be charged
